Returns & Shipping

Please allow 3-5 days for order fulfilment. in some circumstances, some items may need additional time for fulfilment. we will always note this in the description of the item, and will send a subsequent shipment so you are not waiting on your entire order.

Most items purchased online though the pink crow Collective website may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Online returns are subject to a $8 processing fee. Any original shipping costs will not be refunded.

All in-store sales are final.

Items purchased online for local pickup may be returned for a refund within 7 days or store credit within 14 days.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Gift cards, plants, food and beverage items, certain health & wellness products, face masks, furniture, rugs, or custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If a return request is approved, items must be properly packed in it’s original packaging and mailed with the return shipping label. An $8 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If any item being returned is damaged upon delivery at pink crow Collective, your order will not be refunded.

Please include the original packing slip with your return. Once we receive the package, we will credit the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund amount to post to your bank account. Once a refund is processed, it is then out of our hands and up to your bank. Items that arrive to pink crow Collective damaged in any way will not be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
